Dispatch Solutions provides a comprehensive security workforce management platform, including but not limited to:

  • Real-time GPS tracking and breadcrumb monitoring

  • Scheduling and timesheet management

  • Incident reporting with photo and video capabilities

  • Compliance tracking and credential expiration alerts

  • Panic alert system with GPS notification

  • Checkpoint scanning (GPS and barcode)

  • HR onboarding and document storage

  • Communication tools and reporting dashboards

  • API integrations for payroll and invoicing

The platform is intended for licensed security companies and related operational entities.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

  • Ensure all personnel using the platform are properly trained

  • Use the platform in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws

  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

4. Data Usage & Privacy

Dispatch Solutions collects and processes operational data including:

  • GPS location data

  • Incident reports and uploaded media

  • Employee records and compliance documentation

By using the platform, you consent to this data collection for operational, reporting, and service improvement purposes.

We implement industry-standard safeguards; however, no system is 100% secure. Users are responsible for maintaining internal data security practices.

5. GPS & Monitoring Disclosure

Dispatch Solutions includes real-time tracking and monitoring features.

By using the platform, you acknowledge:

  • Employees may be tracked during active shifts

  • Location data is recorded and stored

  • Monitoring is for operational transparency and safety

It is the responsibility of the subscribing company to notify employees of tracking in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed as agreed upon during onboarding

  • Payments are due based on selected billing cycle (monthly, annual, etc.)

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service; however:

  • Dispatch Solutions does not guarantee 100% uptime

  • Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur

  • We are not liable for operational losses due to downtime

8. Limitation of Liability

Dispatch Solutions is a management and reporting tool only.

We are not responsible for:

  • Actions or inactions of security personnel

  • Failure to prevent incidents or criminal activity

  • Misuse or misinterpretation of platform data

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dispatch Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms

  • Restrict access without prior notice if misuse is detected

Users may cancel services per their subscription agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and features of Dispatch Solutions are the exclusive property of Dispatch Solutions.

Users may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform

  • Use branding without written permission

11. Modifications to Terms

Dispatch Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
