It is the responsibility of the subscribing company to notify employees of tracking in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed as agreed upon during onboarding

Payments are due based on selected billing cycle (monthly, annual, etc.)

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service; however:

Dispatch Solutions does not guarantee 100% uptime

Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur

We are not liable for operational losses due to downtime
8. Limitation of Liability
Dispatch Solutions is a management and reporting tool only.
We are not responsible for:

Actions or inactions of security personnel

Failure to prevent incidents or criminal activity

Misuse or misinterpretation of platform data
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dispatch Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
